At our head office in Oisterwijk, for our stores and brands Room108, Gusj & Eight, we are looking for an Order Processing Employee.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Order Administration Officer to join our team at our Oisterwijk headquarters. From the office, you'll support Room108's stores in Hilversum, Rotterdam, and Eindhoven, and also work for our Gusj and Eight brands. You'll ensure that all orders are processed flawlessly from start to finish, making you a vital link in our process.
Job description
We're looking for someone who thrives on structure and oversight, as well as engaging with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You'll oversee the entire order process, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from order to delivery. This way, you'll contribute behind the scenes to satisfied customers and happy dealers.

What are you going to do?
• Checking and processing orders in Logictrade;
• Placing purchase orders and maintaining contact with suppliers;
• Checking order confirmations and informing customers and dealers about the status of their orders;
• Reporting goods from stores and maintaining Gusj stock models;
• Registering complete orders with transport services (incl. packing slips and invoices);
• Drawing up transport schedules for deliveries to customers and dealers;
• Be the point of contact for our stores in Hilversum, Eindhoven and Rotterdam.
Feature profile
You are available full-time.
MBO working and thinking level.
Experience in an administrative or order-oriented role.
Good communication skills, with an excellent command of Dutch and English is an advantage.
You work in a structured and accurate manner and maintain an overview.
Experience with Logictrade is a plus.
